Telva
"Every stitch is a signature. Handcrafting bags is not mass production; it is architecture with thread and fiber."
Rooted in Dongguan's renowned leathercraft and textile ecosystem, Telva has directed artisan bagmaking teams since 2012. Specializing in classical Suzhou embroidery (Su Xiu), botanical dyeing, and traditional rattan weaving, Telva established TelvaBag to bridge ancient Chinese artisanal techniques with modern European luxury bag silhouettes.
Atelier Heritage & Craft Journey
Telva began training in traditional Suzhou silk embroidery under master needleworkers in Jiangsu before relocating to Dongguan, the global epicenter of high-end leather goods and accessory manufacturing. He observed a critical gap in the market: independent European and American boutique brands sought intricate artisanal embellishment, but traditional factories demanded 1,000-piece minimums and lacked the patience for delicate craft.
In response, Telva structured the TelvaBag atelier around flexible batch crafting:
- Low 50-Piece MOQ: Making genuine hand embroidery commercially viable for resort boutiques and emerging fashion capsules.
- 10-Day Sealed Physical Sampling: Every technical parameter is locked down before mass cutting begins.
- Zero Compromise Materials: Combed 16-20oz canvas, unbleached linen, natural Indonesian wicker, and lead-free solid brass hardware.
- AQL 1.5 Statistical Inspection: Rigorous 4-stage quality gate ensuring zero thread pullouts and seam load endurance exceeding 15kg.
