What is the minimum order and can I mix colours?
50 pieces per design. Mixed colours and quantities per colour are confirmed separately. Special programmes may have higher minimums.
Which parts of a woven bag can be customized?
Discuss labels, lining, handles, closures, dimensions and decoration. Feasibility and any development work are confirmed for each style.
Can I start without a complete design?
Tell us which style you like, what you would change and your estimated quantity. A reference photo is enough to start; no tech pack is required.
How long does sampling take?
Usually 10 business days after design and materials are approved. Shipping is separate; complex designs and revisions need an agreed schedule.
Will natural woven bags look exactly alike?
Natural fibres and handwork can vary in shade, texture and shape. Agree acceptable differences on the approved physical sample before production.
Can the sample development fee be credited?
The initial sample development fee is credited to the production invoice when cumulative production orders reach 200 pieces within 6 months of sample approval. Shipping, extra samples and revisions are separate.
How do I choose between branding and development?
Add your brand to an existing style; confirm logo placement, labels and packaging. Modify an existing style; changes to size, lining, handles or closure may require development.
What is the typical bulk production lead time?
Production dates are confirmed for the approved design, quantity and material availability.
