What we do with the brief you send
A brief lands with the engineering team, not a sales queue. We read the tech pack or reference, check whether the material and stitch densities can hold your target price, and map the brief onto the closest atelier silhouette so the first quotation is realistic rather than aspirational.
You get three things back inside one business day: a feasibility note listing anything we would change, a tiered quotation at your quantity band, and a sampling slot with a real date. If the numbers do not work for your margin, say so and we will re-spec rather than quietly shave quality.
One habit that speeds up a first quotation: photographs of the reference bag from four angles, with a tape measure visible in at least two of them. It removes the most common round of email questions and usually saves two or three days before sampling can even start.

- How fast do we actually hear back?
- Within one business day for a complete brief, and faster when the brief already includes a tech pack. A brief without measurements, motif reference or quantity takes longer because we have to ask before we can price, so the fastest way to get a number is to send all four items at once.
- Do we need to sign anything before you start?
- Only the NDA, and only when you are sending artwork or a proprietary design. It is mutual, it is signed before sampling, and it covers the drawings you send and the pattern files we produce. A first feasibility read of a reference photo needs no paperwork.
- Can you quote without a tech pack?
- Yes, to an accuracy band rather than a firm number. Send a reference photo, the approximate dimensions and the quantity band and we will quote a range with the assumptions written out. The range narrows to a firm price once the sample is measured.
