TelvaBag operates direct export dispatch from our Dongguan atelier to global destinations across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East.
1. Dispatch Hub & Origin Logistics
All orders originate from our direct manufacturing atelier in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. Located at the core of the Greater Bay Area export manufacturing cluster, our facility provides rapid access to international shipping routes:
- 35 minutes to Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport (SZX) & Shenzhen Port (Yantian / Shekou).
- 45 minutes to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport (CAN) & Nansha Maritime Terminal.
- 15 minutes to Humen High-Speed Logistics Hub connecting to Hong Kong International Airport (HKG).

4. Export Master Packaging & Moisture-Protection Standards
Handcrafted bags made from combed canvas, natural wild rattan, and carbonized bamboo require specialized packaging to prevent compression deformation and humidity during transit. Every TelvaBag carton adheres to rigorous export benchmarks:
- Master Cartons: Heavy-duty double-wall corrugated cartons (K=A export standard, burst strength ≥14 kg/cm²).
- Individual Protection: Each bag is encased in an individual breathable organic cotton or non-woven dust bag with protective tissue inserts.
- Moisture Defense: Food-grade silica gel desiccant packs are inserted into every bag interior, plus a heavy-gauge PE moisture barrier bag sealing the entire master carton.
- Anti-Mold Treatment: All rattan and bamboo components undergo high-temperature steam sugar-removal and kiln-drying before assembly.
