Private Label Bag Manufacturing With Your Branding
Private label means we make the bag, you own the brand. We produce your woven labels, embossed leather patches, hangtags, polybags and retail cartons, and your design is never shown in our catalogue, showroom or social channels.
As a private label bag manufacturer we work exclusively under your mark: your woven label, your leather patch, your hangtag and your carton. Private label bags never appear in our catalogue, and the pattern files stay yours under the NDA signed before sampling.

Branding items we produce
Confidentiality is the whole point
- Your design is never displayed in our public catalogue, showroom, trade show booth or social media.
- Woven labels, patches and packaging are ordered in your name where your supplier requires it.
- We sign a mutual NDA before opening any tech pack, and your embroidery files stay quarantined to your runs.
- Sub-contractors never see your brand name — components are assembled in-house at our Dongguan atelier.
White label vs private label
White label means you buy our existing design and put your brand on it — fastest and cheapest. Private label means the product is developed or modified for you — slower, but the item is yours alone. Most clients start white label for a first test order, then move to private label once the style sells.
What private label changes in practice
Private label moves the brand layer from us to you without touching the craft layer. We still cut the pattern, work the embroidery and run the AQL 1.5 inspection; what changes is that every surface a shopper reads carries your name instead of ours. Woven label, care label, leather patch, hangtag, polybag and carton all become your specification, produced inside the same order so the goods reach the store retail-ready.
The part buyers underestimate is label lead time. Woven labels and debossed leather patches are made by third-party suppliers, so if the artwork is approved late the whole order waits on a two-week label run. Send label artwork together with the sampling brief and the label lands before the bags do.
Quick Answers: MOQ, Sampling & Lead Times
Short, self-contained answers to the questions buyers ask most about this programme.
- Will our bag appear in your catalogue?
- No. Private label work is never shown in the atelier catalogue, in showroom photography or on social channels, and we do not name private label clients as references without written permission. Only the atelier-owned silhouettes appear publicly.
- Who produces the labels and packaging?
- We do, inside the same order. Woven labels, printed care labels, debossed leather patches, hangtags, polybags and retail cartons are all specified, ordered and quality-checked by the atelier, so you receive one shipment and one invoice instead of coordinating four suppliers.
- Can you follow our existing label standard?
- Send the current label, the care wording and the placement drawing. We match your specification rather than substituting an atelier default, and the placement drawing goes into the tech pack so the sewing line repeats it exactly on every size.
- How do you handle barcodes and carton marks?
- Every SKU is barcoded exactly as you specify, and carton marks follow your shipping instruction so goods clear in-store without any re-labelling at the distribution centre. If you work with a 3PL, send their carton label template and we build it into the packing specification.
Production & Customization FAQ
Will my brand ever appear in your catalogue?
No. Client-commissioned designs, prototypes and production lots are never shown publicly without prior written authorisation.
Can you supply the labels and packaging too?
Yes. Woven labels, embossed leather patches, hangtags, dust bags, polybags and retail cartons are all produced to your artwork as part of the order.
What is the minimum for a private label order?
50 pieces per design, and the branding components can be mixed across colourways of the same silhouette.
