This Privacy and Design Brief Confidentiality Policy governs all business communications, technical assets, and proprietary design files submitted to Dongguan TelvaBag Workshop Co., Ltd. ("TelvaBag Atelier", "we", or "us") via our official website (www.telvabag.com), encrypted email, or direct messaging channels. We recognize that for boutique luxury brands, independent resort labels, and designer ateliers worldwide, proprietary tech packs, embroidery blueprints, and unreleased silhouettes represent invaluable intellectual property. We safeguard your commercial assets with institutional discipline.

1. Information We Collect

To provide professional OEM/ODM quoting, physical prototype sampling, and bulk export handling, we collect information strictly necessary for commercial fulfillment:

• Business Contact Information: Client name, company designation, corporate email address, WhatsApp/telephone contact, and destination export country.
• Technical Design Assets: Vector AI artworks, CAD blueprints, tech pack dimension sheets, embroidery stitch specifications, Pantone TCX/TPX color lab dips, and trim references.
• Logistics & Shipping Specifications: Target order volumes, packaging carton markings, preferred FOB dispatch ports, or DDP delivery addresses.
• Technical Diagnostic Logs: Ephemeral IP and routing data processed via Cloudflare infrastructure solely to ensure secure, low-latency global website delivery. No cross-site ad tracking is employed.

2. Absolute Design Brief & Intellectual Property Isolation

At TelvaBag, intellectual property confidentiality is the foundation of our OEM relationships. All proprietary assets entrusted to us are protected under the following protocols:

1. Need-to-Know Access Limitation: Design briefs are only accessible by designated master pattern makers, assigned embroidery supervisors, and the lead project engineer assigned to your account.
2. Zero Public Exploitation: Client-commissioned designs, prototypes, behind-the-scenes embroidery footage, and production lots will never be showcased in public catalogs, tradeshow displays, showroom racks, or social media channels without prior express written authorization.
3. Exclusive Hardware Molds & Embroidery Stitch Blueprints: Custom brass hardware molds, embroidery digitizing files, and specialty cutting dies developed for your brand remain your 100% exclusive intellectual property and will never be shared, leased, or repurposed for third-party production.

3. Lawful Purposes of Data Processing

We process client information solely for explicit, agreed commercial purposes:

• Conducting technical feasibility assessments and delivering tier quotations within 24 hours;
• Producing sealed physical prototypes within our 10-day express sampling workflow;
• Executing bulk manufacturing according to AQL 1.5 export quality control standards;
• Preparing Certificate of Origin (COO), commercial packing lists, and international export documentation.

We never sell, monetize, rent, or trade your commercial information to third-party data brokers or marketing vendors.

4. Global Buyer Rights: GDPR & California CCPA Compliance

For brand buyers and designers situated within the European Union (under the General Data Protection Regulation) or California (under the California Consumer Privacy Act), we honor all statutory data rights:

Formal requests may be lodged directly to info@telvabag.com. Our compliance office will acknowledge and execute requests within 30 calendar days.

5. Data Retention & Secure Physical Deletion

Unless an earlier deletion request is filed, technical sampling files, stitch tension logs, and botanical color recipe cards are maintained within our encrypted atelier database for a baseline period of 24 months. This enables seamless, color-consistent re-orders and seasonal replenishment. Upon expiry or written instruction, digital assets are sanitized using secure overwriting protocols, and physical trial swatches are shredded under management supervision.
