Our starting MOQ is 50 pieces per style per color for both hand-embroidered canvas bags and hand-woven styles. Lower MOQ is negotiable for museum gift collections or limited-edition capsule collaborations.

A sealed physical prototype arrives in 10 business days after we finalize your design brief. Needlework stitch density, thread palettes, and brass trims are adjusted within 2-3 fast feedback loops.

For 50–300 pieces: 35–45 business days after sample sign-off. For 300–1,000 pieces: 55–70 days. Larger volumes are scheduled across designated artisan pods in structured waves to preserve authentic handcraft standards.

We accept PDF, AI, PSD, and high-resolution CAD tech packs. Moodboards, swatch references, and benchmark links are also welcome. Our master needlework team translates them into precise hand-embroidery blueprints and weaving gauge charts within 24 hours.

Both. OEM: You provide original design tech packs, and we manufacture to exact millimeter specifications. ODM: You select from our proprietary atelier-developed silhouettes and customize embroidery motifs, botanical dye palettes, lining, and custom-engraved hardware.

Yes. We stock recycled-certified combed canvas (16–20oz), organic-certified linen, and natural unbleached jute. Official material transaction certificates (TC) and lab compliance sheets ship alongside bulk cargo.

All plant-dyed fabrics and embroidery threads undergo standard ISO 105 crocking and xenon arc lightfastness testing inside our atelier lab. With our proprietary non-toxic organic mineral fixative and anaerobic fermentation baths, our botanical indigo and madder consistently achieve Grade 4–5 fastness without hazardous AZO chemicals or formaldehyde.

Yes. Mixed-media construction is one of our atelier core technical specialties. We engineer internal flexible memory boning beneath the seam rim to bridge rigid Indonesian rattan peel with supple 18oz combed canvas, and use reverse lockstitching to eliminate fiber burrs and fraying under heavy usage.

Every piece passes four sequential QC checkpoints: (1) Raw fiber tension and shrinkage pre-wash, (2) 100% stitch density inspection against master golden sample, (3) Seam shear stress (>=15kg load) and edge oil burnishing, and (4) 100% dual-head needle detection and export packaging per AQL 1.5 standards.

Yes. We routinely host social compliance audits, documented quality management audits, and brand-specific ethical audits. Pre-audit reports, live video walkthroughs, and artisan traceability records are available upon request. In-person atelier tours in Dongguan are welcome by advance appointment.

Individual custom-printed cotton dust bags with embossed hangtags, 5-layer heavy export cartons (6–12 units), or bulk sea-worthy containers. We offer FOB Shenzhen/Guangzhou or full door-to-door DDP air/sea freight handling including import customs clearance.
