The 100% Sample Fee Reimbursement Rule
When your cumulative bulk production order reaches 200 units within 6 months of prototype sign-off, 100% of the initial sample development fee is credited back directly against your bulk production invoice.
1. 50-Piece Agile MOQ Structure
Traditional Asian factories impose 500–1,000 unit minimum order quantities, forcing emerging labels into high inventory risk. We structured our atelier with 83 dedicated artisans to offer a minimum order quantity of just 50 pieces per style/colorway:
Market test run & limited resort drop. Perfect for pilot launch without cash bloat.
Seasonal boutique capsule. Triggers the 100% sample fee reimbursement credit.
Full retail rollout. Maximizes ocean freight efficiency and bulk fabric pricing.
Scale distribution. Multi-artisan station scheduling with reserved capacity.
2. What is Included in Your 10-Day Sample Package
From the moment your tech pack or moodboard is frozen, our sample room completes a physical prototype within 10 business days. Every sealed sampling parcel delivered via DHL Express includes:
- One (1) Sealed Master Prototype crafted by dedicated master embroiderers or weavers.
- Three (3) Calibrated Thread Palette Swatches matched against client Pantone TPX/TCX codes.
- Physical Fabric Swatch Fan showing combed canvas weights or natural cane/bamboo finishes.
- Master Quality Sign-Off Certificate with artisan signature and 100% metal needle detection pass stamp.
3. Adjustment Loops & Iteration Protocols
We recognize that physical sampling involves tactile refinement:
- One (1) Free Minor Revision: Includes stitch density calibration, slight thread colorway swap, or minor strap length adjustments.
- Major Structural Changes: If the design silhouette, pattern block, or base material changes fundamentally after sampling, a nominal material-cost revision fee applies.
- Sample Retention: TelvaBag retains a duplicate sealed master sample in our Dongguan archive as the legally binding golden benchmark for bulk QC.
4. Intellectual Property & Bilingual NDA Protection
All sample prototyping is executed under strict non-disclosure obligations. Client tech packs, proprietary artworks, CAD files, and embroidery digitizing punch cards are 100% client intellectual property. TelvaBag will never replicate, publicly display without permission, or commercialize your bespoke creations.
